As an excavation contractor, we are in charge of setting the construction project off on a good start by building the foundation and prepping the build site. This includes clearing an existing parcel, removing an old building, or transforming a regular lot into a construction site. We accomplish this by excavating the land, digging, and removing the earth. This process is important for both the project’s success and the completed project’s long-term functionality.
One of the most important benefits we provide for our clients is the plan review process. During the permitting stage we closely examine the project feasibility and schedule. Our takeoffs analyze the plans and make recommendations to improve site balancing. If you have an existing permitted project, we can still provide these services during the construction phase of the job as field changes. At D2 Contracting, the most important outcome is a high-quality product completed in the most fiscally responsible manner.
